Window Controls

	This button brings back the splash screen.

	This button anchors the window. Once anchored, it will stay on top of all other windows.
	When the window is anchored, you can bring it to its normal state by clicking on this button.
	This button minimizes RDB's main window to Window's taskbar.
	This button closes RDB.

You cannot resize the window by dragging the top edge of the titlebar, but you can do it by dragging the other three edges or the two bottom corners.
